• Body Corporate Information Certificate (if buying a unit) $88.75
• Final Title Search $22.44
• Settlement agent $44.00

Further prudent or necessary property searches may apply to your particular property in order to protect your interests. We will advise you if any further searches are necessary during the process.

Duty and Registration costs also apply.
